Oleg KOROB, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Moscow Securities Center, CEO of the Flagman asset management company

Oleg Korob has worked in the asset management industry since 1992, combining stock market practice with scientific research into securities pricing. With a PhD in economics, Oleg has a wealth of experience as a university professor and has published research papers. Before joining the Moscow Securities Center’s team, he was an asset manager at Pioglobal Asset Management and CEO of the EvroInvest and Korabel-Invest investment companies.

Andrei ROMANOV, Director of the Moscow Securities Center

Andrei Romanov has a more than 10-year experience working in the securities market, including as a successful asset manager both in Russia and abroad, and has authored a number of successful investment strategies. In 2011 Andrei became the chief executive of the Moscow Securities Center, one of Russia’s oldest brokerage companies. He has published a number of research papers and often contributes to leading Russian publications as an industry expert.

Andrei PROSYANKO, Portfolio Manager

Andrei Prosyanko has been working in the securities market since 2004, first in the US and then in Russia. Andrei taught at the Syracuse University in 2004–2006, and has published a number of scientific papers. He started his career in Russia at Pioglobal AM before joining EvroInvest. He has experience working with closed real estate investment funds and has participated in creating products in US derivatives markets geared for Russian investors. A global markets expert, Andrei holds a PhD in physics and mathematics and is a member of the American Mathematical Society.
